Our Compliance Department will document your complaint and report it to management. We will promptly review your complaint and send you a written reply within 20 working days.

You may also contact the extrajudicial Conciliation Board for the financial services sector at www.schlichtungsstelle.li as a neutral, no-fee authority in the event of complaints.
