Execution of Wills

Any testator or testatrix who seeks to determine the use of his or her assets even beyond their death should appoint an executor or executrix of the will.

The executor appointed by the testator acts independently and is not bound by the heirs’ instructions. The heirs may only express their wishes, unless the testator has expressly granted the heirs a voice in the matter.

We reliably offer assistance with:

  • execution of the testamentary dispositions to administer the estate until the estate assets are distributed
  • extended administration of the estate in order to manage the estate after death until the estate is released to the heirs
